Customer service is very important to us. Due to the nature of our works a lot of projects need to be conducted out of hours so we offer a 24 hour service 7 days a week to suit our clients and the works to be undertaken. We make certain that our customers are fully aware of our methods of work and any risks involved prior to productive works commencing. For longer projects we provide daily updates and precises programs to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum throughout.
All works come with a site specific method statement and risk assessment. Once finished we offer a full debrief so our clients can rest assured that the works have been completed to the highest standard with an attention to detail second to none.
